The SilverEco International Ageing Well Festival returns to the Palais des Festivals in Cannes on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 November 2027 for its 19th edition. As every year, French and international stakeholders in the silver economy will come together to address the challenges of ageing and attend the SilverEco Ageing Well Awards ceremony.

The SilverEco Festival announces its 19th edition
Population ageing is a major challenge for societies. On 16 and 17 November 2027, the Palais des Festivals in Cannes will host the 19th SilverEco International Ageing Well Festival, an event dedicated to initiatives, innovations and solutions that support people as they age. It will bring together silver economy professionals from France and around the world.
The 2026 edition welcomed 2,300 visitors over two days, all of them professionals. With 59 countries represented and 25% of participants coming from abroad, the Palais des Festivals in Cannes is a meeting place for the international community committed to ageing well.
Alongside conferences and business meetings, the Festival facilitates connections between professionals through a dedicated networking programme. SilverNight, the ceremony held during the Festival, complements this programme by celebrating initiatives and stakeholders working in the silver economy. The next edition will build on these opportunities to connect and showcase projects addressing the challenges of ageing.

Making it Meaningful
After many years promoting the message “Changing the way we look at ageing”, the theme adopted six years ago is “Making it Meaningful”.
This means giving meaning to everything we do, for example by entrusting the creation of the trophies to people living with Alzheimer’s disease. We thank all the artists at the La Joïa day centre, France Alzheimer 06.
